Breakfast was a dream! Fresh pastries and Simone's made-to-order egg dishes were the perfect start each day. Plus, the location put us just a skip away from places like Ciro and Taverna Barberini for amazing food.
Only quirk? The entrance was a bit tricky to spot. It would be easier with a clearer sign. But once we got settled, that little hiccup was a distant memory!

Just a reliable pick for getting around the area in Rome with best value. The steam shower was a nice touch after a long day. Look for the entrance before arriving to avoid getting lost.

Spent 2 nights here with my babies, had a very pleasant stay overall. The staff was very amiable, as well as host. A safe, a mini bar, and central heating inside the twin room were handy. Hotel's breakfast was sensational with cakes and fresh eggs, as example and could satisfy any taste...
Couldn't stay longer.

Location near Termini station made traveling easy. The breakfast each morning was a highlight. Fresh fruit, cakes, and made-to-order eggs set a positive tone for the day. Room was clean and spacious with a unique steam shower that added a nice touch. The room lighting was quite dark, and early risers may miss breakfast starting a bit late. I also heard neighbors a bit too early some mornings. A cozy space with fantastic service from Simone and his mom, but a few adjustments could elevate the experience further.

super clean rooms, large bathrooms, quality Netflix access
Minor charge for Turkish bath access feels out of place!!! A more inclusive approach would enhance the overall experience. The hidden entrance may confuse guests upon arrival!!!

Super comfy Superior Double Room! The steam shower was a highlight-felt really nice after a long day exploring. The room was super clean, and I loved the big bathroom. Breakfast was a treat, especially with made-to-order eggs. Just a heads up though, the lighting was a bit on the dark side. Really enjoyed my stay!

great stay , but breakfast timing could improve
The room quality exceeded my expectations, with super clean cleanliness and a large bathroom. The host's helpfulness in providing city advice was invaluable. I really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, feeling like I was at home while also receiving excellent service.
Breakfast was good, but it started a bit later than I'd hoped.
